Our Management

Dr Ng Gim Choo is a founder and chairwoman of the EtonHouse International Education Group. Founded in 1995, EtonHouse grew from a pre-school to a full K12 learning pathway in 8 countries.

Mr Ng took over the reins as Group Chief Executive Officer of EtonHouse International Education Group in 2020, leading a team of over 5,000 staff and providing education to more than 25,000 students across over 100 schools in nine countries. Catering to both local and expatriate families, EtonHouse offers programmes from infant care to high school in both premium and affordable spaces. As a second-generation entrepreneur and son of founder Dr Ng Gim Choo, he is dedicated to taking the group to greater heights.

Ang Poh Seng is the Chief Executive Officer of EtonHouse Global Ventures, where he leads strategic initiatives and international growth for the EtonHouse International Education Group. With over two decades of experience in finance and operations, he brings a disciplined and data-driven approach to scaling high-quality education globally.

Bipasha Minocha, Group CMO and CEO of REACH, is the driving force behind brand development, marketing strategy and admissions across the EtonHouse Education Group, including the growth and positioning of Middleton International School. As a key member of the senior leadership team, she oversees brand strategy, enrolment and customer experience across the Group’s network of preschools, international schools and enrichment programmes.

Edward Wyn Jones has been a successful leader within the EtonHouse Group, having led one of its international schools in Singapore for the past 6 years. He brings with him a wealth of experience in bilingual and holistic education, along with a deep understanding of fostering creativity, curiosity, and collaboration in learners.

Bryan Preston brings a wealth of international experience and a strong track record of leadership in Primary education, shaped over 20 years in the field. As Head of Primary at a leading school in Bangkok, he successfully guided the growth and development of the Primary Years, strengthening curriculum design, advancing language pathways, and elevating the quality of English teaching and support.
