Our Story
A vision to respect children as active participants in their own learning
EtonHouse was founded by educator Dr Ng Gim Choo, who believed children should be respected as capable, contributing participants in their own learning — not passive recipients of it.
Inspired by the internationally recognised Reggio Emilia approach and informed by contemporary research, EtonHouse challenged traditional models of education by placing children's thinking, curiosity and wellbeing at the centre of every experience.
That philosophy still guides every EtonHouse school today — and it's the same philosophy that shapes every classroom at Middleton International School Bangkok.
